Maintenance Session

60 minutes 

$175 per session

During this maintenance session, we’ll build upon the foundation you’ve already established and take your wellness plan to the next level. I’ll review your progress, fine-tune your personalized protocols, and introduce advanced strategies to further optimize your health and daily routines. Together, we’ll explore new ways to support your body’s natural healing processes. You’ll walk away with refined tools, actionable insights, and an elevated understanding of how to sustain long-term results. 

3-Session Package

3 x 60 minutes

Over the course of 3 months, we will work together step-by-step to help you achieve your goals. During this time, we’ll regularly assess your progress and monitor how you’re feeling overall, making adjustments as needed to ensure you’re on the right path. The goal is to help you feel significantly better, more confident, and empowered by the end of this journey. By the conclusion of the 3-month period, you’ll be equipped with the tools and insights to continue thriving with little to no ongoing coaching required.
